LAURA TURNER

Laura Turner My Pollyanna

I’ve been blogging here about my life and style since June 2013. What started out as a personal journey to creating my own creative space has culminated in opening my own shop. In October 2014 I opened Hero – a fashion and lifestyle store in Stockbridge, Hampshire. I now juggle my life between owning my own business and being a wife and mother, friend, sister and daughter. This has to be my most challenging but rewarding chapter yet.

Previously, I graduated with a degree in Marketing before working for an investment bank in the City. Following a brief spell living in Sydney I settled down to have a family in Hampshire.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT HERO

Hero

Hero is about creating a timeless style and easy elegance that elevates the everyday. It’s a happy place where the little details mean everything and where most often you’ll find that less is most definitely more. The journey to the perfect life never ends so our ultimate goal is to strive for progress not perfection and do our best to make each day better.

We are devoted to curating the perfect combination of classic wardrobe staples alongside those pieces you can’t resist but will love forever. Nothing fancy, not complicated just a little bit of everyday luxury”.

You can follow the daily life of Hero on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook too and if you’d like to pop along to the shop we’d love to say hi!

There’s nothing I hate more than plain, mediocre women who think they can blog.

Hi Jess, Thank you so much for taking the time out your day to comment on my blog. Perhaps you could send me the link to your blog so I can see how it’s done? Best wishes, Laura.

@Jess – There’s nothing I can’t bare more than negative women who post useless, catty comments for no reason whatsoever. Laura – I think this is a great blog, keep it up!
